Common questions about accounts, posting, providers, hiring, listings, messaging, reports, and safety.

Updated: 2026-05-02

1. What is PANDAO?

PANDAO is a community and information hub for sellers and service providers working with Korean e-commerce. It includes forums, provider profiles, hiring tasks, listings, and a Korean e-commerce directory.

2. Do I need an account?

You need an account for posting, commenting, messaging, submitting provider information, hiring tasks, listings, ratings, collections, and complaints. This helps protect users and handle abuse.

3. Does PANDAO guarantee transactions?

No. PANDAO displays information and may handle platform complaints, but users must verify identity, contracts, payments, delivery, invoices, refunds, and third-party rules themselves.

4. What content is prohibited?

Pornography, violence, politically sensitive content, gambling, drugs, fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, privacy leaks, illegal goods, account theft, and attempts to bypass review are prohibited.

5. How should I use provider profiles?

Check service scope, region, price, cases, reviews, response time, contract terms, invoice support, and refund rules. Do not rely on price alone.

6. What should I do if I do not receive an email code?

Check the email address, spam folder, filters, and mailbox capacity first. Wait a few minutes before requesting another code. Do not ask someone else to receive the code for you, and never share a code with anyone claiming to be support.

7. How long does real-name verification take?

Verification depends on manual review volume and the clarity of submitted materials. If rejected, read the reason, correct only the required materials, and do not upload unrelated sensitive information. Passing verification does not mean PANDAO guarantees any transaction.

8. How do levels work?

Levels reflect long-term participation and account status. Posts, comments, complete profiles, and healthy interactions may help. Spam, fake reviews, points manipulation, or fraud may lead to deductions, restrictions, or bans.

9. Where can I find saved posts?

After logging in, open your profile and check the saved or collection area. Saved posts are useful for product selection, logistics, compliance, and provider research, but they may disappear if the original content is deleted or removed.

10. How can I close my account?

Before closing an account, check whether you still have pending tasks, provider inquiries, disputes, listings, or evidence. Some records may be retained for security, anti-fraud, dispute, or legal reasons even after account closure.

11. What are the three private-message rules?

Do not share verification codes, passwords, backend access, or full financial information. Do not make large upfront payments without written terms and evidence. Confirm scope, price, delivery, refund, invoice, and after-service terms in writing.

12. How can a provider apply?

Submit a clear provider profile with service category, region, price range, contact method, case summary, and qualifications where needed. Avoid fake names, exaggerated promises, and unclear pricing. Review time depends on material quality and admin workload.

13. What if a buyer reserves but does not pay?

Do not deliver accounts, files, authorizations, or sensitive materials before payment and written terms are confirmed. If the buyer keeps delaying, set a reasonable hold time and reopen the listing after that time.

14. What happens after I submit a complaint?

PANDAO reviews the materials, may request more evidence, and may take platform actions such as hiding content, restricting accounts, removing listings, or clearing abusive reviews. PANDAO cannot directly recover money or replace legal channels.

15. How do Chinese, Korean, and English pages differ?

Chinese pages support Chinese-language operations and cross-border collaboration. Korean pages are being written for Korean local sellers and service providers. English pages provide an international overview. Legal pages and long guides are published carefully after language review.
