PANDAO Terms of Service

The operating rules for using PANDAO as a Korean e-commerce community and information-matching platform.

1. Scope

These Terms apply when you access, register for, browse, post on, comment on, message through, submit provider information to, post hiring tasks on, list items on, or otherwise use PANDAO.

PANDAO is a community and information-matching platform for sellers and service providers working with Korean e-commerce. PANDAO is not a buyer, seller, employer, employee, agent, escrow provider, payment processor, logistics provider, or guarantor in user-to-user transactions.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your email, password, verification codes, devices, and sessions secure. You may not impersonate PANDAO, an administrator, a Korean platform, a payment institution, a logistics company, or any real brand or person.

PANDAO may restrict, verify, suspend, or close accounts involved in false identity use, batch registration, account trading, abnormal device patterns, attempts to bypass review, or other activity that threatens platform safety.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not post, trade, promote, or guide others toward content involving pornography, violence, politically sensitive material, gambling, drugs, illegal products, controlled goods, infringement, fraud, account theft, security bypassing, spam, harassment, threats, defamation, or unlawful disclosure of personal information.

PANDAO may use manual review, automated review, keyword rules, reports, and administrator review. Serious violations may be removed immediately and may lead to account restrictions or permanent bans.

4. Anti-Fraud Rule

Fraud is PANDAO’s strictest safety issue. False transactions, taking payment and disappearing, fake inventory, fake service capacity, fake logistics information, impersonation, and intentional deception are prohibited.

Repeated ordinary violations may lead to permanent bans after three incidents. Serious fraud, especially taking money and disappearing, may lead to an immediate permanent ban without three warnings.

5. Forum, Providers, Hiring, Listings, and Links

Forum posts must match their titles and must respect intellectual property, privacy, and lawful business conduct. Provider profiles, hiring tasks, sale listings, and directory submissions must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

PANDAO may review, hide, move, remove, rank, restrict, archive, or reject content where needed for safety, legal compliance, or community order.

6. Transactions and External Services

PANDAO does not provide escrow, payment custody, official inspection, official collection of funds, or transaction guarantees. Users must verify identity, contracts, invoices, delivery, refunds, taxes, certifications, platform policies, and third-party links themselves.

External websites are operated by their own providers. Their terms, privacy rules, pricing, availability, and risks are independent from PANDAO.

7. Intellectual Property

You must have the necessary rights to the text, images, screenshots, cases, comments, and other materials you publish. You may not upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, reputation rights, trade secrets, privacy, or other lawful interests.

By publishing content on PANDAO, you allow PANDAO to display, format, index, review, translate, back up, and otherwise use that content reasonably for platform operation.

8. Liability and Updates

PANDAO provides community and information services on an as-available basis. It does not guarantee that user content, provider profiles, hiring tasks, listings, or third-party websites are always accurate, lawful, reliable, or profitable.

PANDAO may update these Terms when the product, law, security needs, or operations change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated version.

9. Messaging, Fraud, and Disputes

Private messages must not be used to bypass platform rules, request verification codes or passwords, induce high-risk offline payment, or send illegal, fraudulent, infringing, spam, harassment, gambling, drug-related, violent, sexual, or politically sensitive content.

False transactions, taking payment and disappearing, fake inventory, fake service capacity, forged documents, impersonation, fake logistics, unauthorized account or license sales, review manipulation, and similar deception may lead to immediate permanent bans and preservation of evidence.

PANDAO may review platform records in provider, hiring, listing, and messaging disputes, but it remains neutral and does not act as a court, arbitrator, escrow provider, debt collector, or legal representative.

10. Account Closure, Points, and Legal Notice

After account closure or content deletion, PANDAO may retain necessary records for at least 30 days for security, fraud prevention, disputes, backups, audits, or legal obligations. Longer retention may apply where a complaint, investigation, or legal process is pending.

Points, levels, verification status, provider review status, ratings, and activity records are platform management signals only. They are not official guarantees, escrow, payment assurance, legal credit ratings, or proof that a user or provider will perform.

These Terms are an operational version prepared for PANDAO and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broader commercial use. If language versions differ before formal legal review, the Chinese version controls.
