PANDAO Dispute Resolution Rules

How PANDAO handles complaints, platform records, restrictions, appeals, and the limits of platform responsibility.

Updated: 2026-05-02

1. Purpose

These dispute rules explain how PANDAO handles complaints and disputes related to accounts, content, provider profiles, hiring tasks, sale listings, messages, ratings, reports, and external directory links.

PANDAO is an information-matching and community platform. It is not an escrow provider, payment processor, logistics provider, contracting party, tax agent, certification body, or court.

2. What PANDAO Can Handle

PANDAO may handle complaints about infringing content, fake provider profiles, misleading tasks or listings, harassment, spam, impersonation, fraud signals, illegal links, malicious reviews, malicious reports, or disclosure of personal information.

For complex contract disputes, cross-border payment recovery, tax penalties, customs issues, third-party platform account bans, company transfer disputes, or criminal fraud, PANDAO can only provide reasonable assistance and platform records where appropriate.

3. No Transaction Guarantee

PANDAO does not guarantee any transaction outcome. Verification, ratings, points, rankings, reviews, and administrator approval are references only.

Users must verify identity, contracts, payment routes, deliverables, invoices, refunds, platform rules, logistics, taxes, and external links themselves.

4. Complaint Process

Before filing a complaint, users should try to communicate with the other party and preserve evidence such as page links, account names, messages, payment records, contracts, quotes, invoices, delivery files, logistics records, and third-party notices.

PANDAO may request additional information, review platform records, take temporary safety measures, hide content, restrict functions, remove listings, clear abnormal reviews, deduct points, ban accounts, or recommend legal or law-enforcement channels.

5. Appeals and Updates

A user affected by a platform decision may submit an appeal with the relevant account, content link, reasons, and supporting evidence. Repeated appeals without new evidence may be rejected.

PANDAO may update these rules as features, laws, complaint patterns, and safety risks change.
