Items must be real and deliverable. Counterfeit, imitation, and non-deliverable resources are prohibited. KC-regulated categories must include verifiable certification information.

Hiring is a matching function. PANDAO does not collect payment, guarantee payment, or guarantee delivery results. Both parties must confirm scope and contract terms directly.

Providers must submit real materials and cases, and clearly explain scope, contact method, pricing boundary, and risks.

The parties are responsible for payment method, currency, invoice, exchange rate, and tax obligations.

False information, scams, illegal services, and repeated spam may lead to warnings, feature limits, suspension, or permanent bans.
