   • Other content prohibited by laws and regulations

2. Article 2: Anti-fraud Policy

   Fraudulent transactions and absconding with funds → Permanent ban, no second chances.

3. Article 3: Accumulated Violations

   Other violations accumulate to 3 times → permanent ban.

4. Article 4: Platform Rights

   The platform reserves the right to review, delete, or block user-uploaded content.

5. Article 5: Transaction Disclaimer

   PANDAO is an information matching platform and is not responsible for transaction outcomes.

6. Article 6: Agreement Interpretation

   The interpretation right of this agreement belongs to PANDAO.
